There are always available taxis at the airport. The charge should not exceed the 15 €.
Just outside the airport, opposite the Arrivals Gate, you will find the bus stop. Any bus that has direction to the city center is convenient. The stop you should get off is Liberty Square ("Eleftherias" Square). Once you get there, you will see the Legacy Gastro Suites.
